1-ON-1 INTRO SESSION
EXPLAINED
WHAT IS A 1-ON-1 INTRO SESSION?
The 1-on-1 intro session is a personal training session lasting one hour, where you’ll learn the fundamental principles needed to join our group classes.

The session includes an in-depth technique training, focusing on the proper execution and mechanics of essential movements.
In most cases, one session is sufficient to prepare you, but occasionally a second session may be necessary. This will always be decided in consultation with you and your coach.

You are welcome to join our group classes without having completed a 1-on-1 intro session, but we strongly recommend starting with an intro session if you are new to fitness, boxing or training in general.
HOW DO YOU BOOK A 1-ON-1 INTRO SESSION?

PRICE FOR A 1-ON-1 INTRO SESSION
A 1-on-1 intro session costs €70,- (per session)
